1. Cancellation of Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., AFL codes, software tools, or strategies), once purchased and delivered, these products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

2. Cancellation of Custom Services
For personalized services such as consultations, custom AFL coding, or algo trading setup:
Cancellation Before Work Begins: You may cancel your request and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made before we begin working on your project.
Cancellation After Work Begins: If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
No Cancellation After Delivery: Once the final service or product has been delivered, cancellations or refunds will not be entertained.
3. Appointments and Consultations
Appointments or consultations can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund or credit for rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Eligibility for Cancellations
Cancellations may be permitted under the following circumstances:
You were charged incorrectly or due to a technical issue.
The product or service could not be delivered due to technical errors on our part.
