For personalized services such as consultations, custom AFL coding, or algo trading setup:

• Cancellation Before Work Begins: You may cancel your request and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made before we begin working on your project.

• Cancellation After Work Begins: If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

• No Cancellation After Delivery: Once the final service or product has been delivered, cancellations or refunds will not be entertained.

3. Appointments and Consultations

• Appointments or consultations can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund or credit for rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
